The BOSS450 it represents an excellent solution for forming and sealing automatically bags of various shapes and sizes which are produced from a flat reel of heat-sealable packing film. The particular hardware configuration allows the machine to achieve up to 160 packs per min.<\/p>\n

The BOSS450 is equipped with PLC Control System and Touch Screen Operation Interface. The system enables the operator, via a user-friendly interface, to enter machine parameters as well as access the machine status and operating conditions.<\/p>\n

The BOSS450 is equipped PID Control Temperature, making the seal at a low temperature to raise the packing speed and reduce the film burning.<\/p>\n

The BOSS450 is equipped three servo motors. One is controlled the center sealer and film; the other one is controlled the end sealer; the third one is controlled infeeder.<\/p>\n
