Automatic 4-Corner Box Taping Machine | CORNER TAPE 50 TBB

The CORNER TAPE 50 TBB is an automatic box taping machine that applies tape to the four corners of the box, creating a complete and secure seal for the package. The machine applies four “U”-shaped strips of tape to the top and bottom edges of the box, ensuring a strong and airtight seal.

The box is transported via a motorized conveyor to a pneumatic pusher, which rotates it 90° and guides it to the four tape-sealing heads. After the tape is applied, a system of pneumatic cylinders presses down on the edges of the tape, completing the airtight seal of the box.

The machine can be integrated into fully automated packaging lines without the need for an operator.
