PACK FORMER 50E SB Semi-Automatic Box Forming, Tape Sealing, and Stacking Line

The PACK FORMER 50E SB is a complete semi-automatic packaging station that combines forming, top/bottom taping, and strapping of American-style cartons into a single unit.

It consists of a forming unit with a push roller, a flap-closing system, tape-sealing heads, and a built-in stapler. It features two motorized side conveyors for the smooth transport of boxes of various sizes and photoelectric sensors for product detection and adjustment of the strapping spacing.

After strapping, the box is automatically conveyed to the seaming unit, where one or two parallel PP straps are applied, ensuring perfect flap alignment and a high-quality seal.
