Description
The STAR EVO SI is an advanced automatic bottom-sealing flow-pack machine, designed for flexible, high-quality packaging of a wide range of products. The film completely wraps the product, and the seal is formed at the bottom, ensuring excellent aesthetics, reduced film consumption, and exceptional package stability.
The machine is ideal for applications in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, plastics, electrical equipment, and industrial products sectors. It supports manual or automatic feeding and enables multipack applications through additional systems such as stackers and diverters.
The STAR EVO SI features an extremely accessible design for easy maintenance and cleaning, a 3-position rotating touchscreen for operation from all sides of the machine, and the ability to process various types of film, such as polyolefin, polypropylene, flat, and center-folded film—whether plain or pre-printed.
It is available in intermittent, box motion, and rotary sealing versions, and can be combined with a shrink tunnel for a complete packaging cycle. The ability to use different sealing systems allows for the production of many types of packaging with the same machine, offering maximum flexibility on the production line.
