Description
The STAR EVO is an advanced automatic side-seal flowpack machine, designed for high productivity, flexibility, and excellent packaging quality. Its construction combines modern industrial design, easy access for maintenance, and the ability to be customized to meet production requirements.
The machine supports various types of film, such as POF, PE, BOPP, OPP, and CAST—both plain and pre-printed—offering great flexibility in packaging applications. It can process both center-folded and flat film on the same machine, ensuring excellent results and significant savings in film and energy.
The STAR EVO is available in Combo versions with an integrated shrink tunnel or with a separate shrink tunnel, and is offered in intermittent or box-motion versions depending on the required production speed. The movable central conveyor belt keeps the product centered at all times without the need to move the shrink tunnel or the infeed conveyor, significantly improving the production process.
The control system, featuring a touchscreen and a Siemens or Omron PLC, allows for easy programming and quick format changes, making the STAR EVO the ideal solution for industries that require high performance, reliability, and top-notch packaging aesthetics.
