Bottle Heat-Sealing Machine

The sealing width of the LGYF-2000AX-I heat-sealing bottle machine is adjustable—with either a wide or narrow sealing surface—and provides optimal sealing quality and efficiency. In the event of a malfunction in the machine’s equipment during operation, the conveyor automatically stops to isolate the sealed and unsealed products.

The conveyor belt features stepless electronic speed control, and during the sealing process, it can make timely adjustments to the speed in a timely manner to achieve the best sealing quality.On this machine, the height of the sensor head is electrically adjustable, capable of sealing items within a height range of 40–300 mm.

The LGYF-2000AX-I is equipped with a power supply and voltage meter as well as a sealing meter, allowing for timely adjustments when the voltage and current do not meet normal operating requirements, ensuring sealing quality.
