Heat-sealing machine

The new design concept and advanced manufacturing technology are incorporated to make the machine’s structure more rational and refined. In addition to sealing and printing functions, the FRMC-1010III model features an air suction function.

The FRM-1010 series is available in four models: a horizontal model (FRM-1010I), a vertical model (FRM-1010II), floor-standing model (FRM-1010III), and a floor-mounted model with air intake function (FRMC-1010III).

The FRM-1010I heat sealer can seal all types of heat-sealable materials; it features a constant temperature control system and a stepless speed-adjustable transmission mechanism. The machine uses a solid-ink coder to print color labels during the sealing process.

The coder is capable of high-speed printing with instant drying and legible characters that have good adhesion properties. The print wheel on the machine can be used for both R- and T-type layouts. For type in R layout, the machine can print two lines at font size two (18PT) or three lines at font size five (10.5PT).
