Automatic Horizontal Heat-Sealing Machine

The FRM-980 series of automatic horizontal heat-sealing machines is available in four models:

  • horizontal model (FRM-980I),
  • vertical model (FRM-980II),
  • floor-standing model (FRM-980III) and
  • Floor-standing model with ventilation function (FRMQ-980III). FRMC-980III with exhaust function.

The machine can seal all types of heat-sealable materials; it features a constant temperature control system and a stepless speed-adjustable transmission mechanism. The machine uses a solid-ink coder to print color labels during the sealing process.

The coder is capable of high-speed printing with instant drying and legible characters that have good adhesion properties. The print wheel on the machine can be used for both R- and T-type layouts. For type in R layout, the machine can print two lines at font size two (18PT) or three lines at font size five (10.5PT).
