FRMC-1010III Hot-Air Suction Heat Sealing Machine

The FRMC-1010III can seal all types of heat-sealable materials; it features a constant temperature control system and a stepless speed-adjustment transmission mechanism.

The temperature is adjustable to accommodate a wide range of applications. The machine uses a solid-ink coder to print color labels during sealing. The coder is capable of high-speed printing with instant drying and legible characters that have good adhesion.

The print wheel on the machine can be used for both R and T type layouts. For R-type layouts, the machine can print two lines in font size two (18PT) or three lines in font size five (10.5PT). The measuring device is optional.

The new design concept and advanced manufacturing technology are incorporated to make the machine’s structure more rational and refined. In addition to sealing and printing functions, the FRMC-1010III model features an air suction function.

The FRM-1010 series is available in four models: a horizontal model (FRM-1010I), a vertical model (FRM-1010II), console model (FRM-1010III), and console model with air intake function (FRMC-1010III).
