The ZSG-1000G high-speed bag placer is a high-performance, fully automatic machine designed for filling machines. Its capacity is 800–1,000 bags per hour. The ZSG-1000G automatic bag-feeding machine is equipped with four servo motors, which are used for bag retrieval, opening, hopper lifting, and bag feeding; controlled by these motors, the entire process is precise and highly efficient. The entire machine is controlled by a PLC to carry out the bag feeding, picking, and filling processes.

After placing the bag on the bag storage platform and starting the machine, the bag retrieval mechanism will remove the bag, which is accomplished by rotating the bag 90 degrees. Next, the process involves opening the bag, filling it, and finally, the bag is sent to the conveyor and the bag opening is sealed in the sealing unit.
