SPEED STRAP 509BL | 512BL Low-Bench Automatic Strapping Machine with Conveyor Belt

The SPEED STRAP 509BL | 512BL series consists of fully automatic, low-table strapping machines, specially designed for integration into fully automated packaging lines where a reduced working height is required.

They feature a workbench with inspectable conveyor belts (motorized belt conveyor) and a photocell system for performing single, double, or multiple circling without operator intervention. The system is powered by 24V DC brushless motors for all mechanical functions and controlled via a Siemens PLC, ensuring high reliability and consistent performance at high production rates.

The machine is operated via a 7.2-inch color touchscreen, allowing for full customization of the machine and a significant reduction in production times. It is also available in a version with an upper pneumatic press, as well as in a SUS 304 stainless steel construction for special environments.
