Arm Wrap 2500 B Series Pallet Wrapping Machine

The ARM WRAP 2500 B is a fully automatic pallet wrapping machine with a rotating arm, designed to keep the pallet stationary during the wrapping process. It is ideal for unstable and heavy loads and for medium- to high-throughput applications, either as a stand-alone unit or integrated into an automated line.

It features an input/output pallet conveyor system with motorized roller conveyors, a film pre-stretch motor, and an automatic clamp, cut, and welding system for full automation of the process. Operation is controlled via a Siemens PLC and a 7.2-inch color touchscreen, with self-diagnostic functions and manual override capabilities.

The machine can be equipped with full perimeter fencing, safety doors, and a muting system at the entry and exit zones.
