Techno Wrap 2000 BD Automatic Pallet Wrapping Machine

The TECHNO WRAP 2000 BD is a fully automatic stretch film pallet wrapping machine designed for integration into production lines and high-throughput applications. It allows for the automatic movement of the pallet via roller conveyors and the complete execution of the wrapping cycle without human intervention.

It features a Ø2000 mm rotary table with a gear-driven transmission system and an inverter for smooth start-up and controlled stopping. The film pre-stretch motor (200%, adjustable up to 250%) ensures material savings and consistent application. The automatic clamp, cut, and weld system completes the process without any operator intervention.

The system is controlled via a Siemens PLC and a 7.2-inch color touchscreen, featuring self-diagnostic functions and program storage. It is available with full perimeter fencing and safety systems (MUTING).
