Automatic L-Sealer Packaging Machine | FLO

DM Pack’s FLO is an advanced automatic L-sealer packaging machine, designed for high-quality sealing, film savings, and maximum flexibility in product packaging. The FLO series uses an innovative vertical sealing bar system instead of the traditional scissors system, ensuring uniform pressure across the entire film and excellent final packaging quality.

The thin vertical bar, just 10 mm thick, significantly reduces film consumption, creating tight and elegant packaging with minimal excess material around the product. The machine supports operation with polyolefin (POF) and polyethylene (PE) films, as well as the use of flat film via an external center-folding unit.

The FLO can operate either as a standalone unit or in a COMBO version with a built-in shrink tunnel for space savings and higher efficiency. It is also available with conveyor systems, pushers, loaders, stackers, and various feeding systems, allowing it to be fully customized to the needs of any production line.

The Siemens touchscreen display, motorized format adjustment, and easy access to the reel unwinder and waste collector via a sliding door enable quick product changeovers and easy maintenance.
