L-Seal Semi-Automatic Machine

The BSL-5045L semi-automatic L-seal machine can automatically transfer products to the shrink tunnel via the conveyor belt for shrink wrapping after sealing and cutting. Equipped with a shrink tunnel for increased production capacity.

What Does the L-Seal Semi-Automatic Machine Offer?

  • A safety device that prevents the sealing knife from overheating and ensures the operator’s safety.
  • A nanofiber cutting support and a non-stick, heat-stable nickel-plated cutter that ensure a good seal without cracks or charring.
  • The height of the conveyor belt is adjusted using a manual wheel.
  • A time relay that ensures precise control of sealing and cutting times.
  • Electromagnetic clamping provides a more secure seal.
  • Sliding roller stand, fully adjustable for rolls of different film sizes (max. width: 550 mm).
  • Return roller equipped for controlling the sealing and cutting frame.
