Description

Contraction tunnel

The BS-1540X label shrinking tunnel uses hot-air shrinking to shrink both the body and the cap of the bottles.

What Does the Shrink Tunnel Offer?

  • It features a motor and a high-power blower for air flow, which will not cause the label to shift or become distorted
  • Easy to switch between different types of bottles.
  • The stainless steel heater has a long service life.
  • The shrink temperature can be adjusted as needed to meet packaging requirements, up to 300℃.
  • It features a constant feed speed controlled by an electronic speed controller.
  • Only the parts of the bottle cap are heated, so the quality of the product inside the bottle will not be affected by the high temperature.
  • The tunnel may be partially heated in accordance with certain specific product requirements for energy conservation.
  • The machine can operate on its own or be integrated into the production line.
