Contraction tunnel
The BS-1540X label shrinking tunnel uses hot-air shrinking to shrink both the body and the cap of the bottles.
What Does the Shrink Tunnel Offer?
- It features a motor and a high-power blower for air flow, which will not cause the label to shift or become distorted
- Easy to switch between different types of bottles.
- The stainless steel heater has a long service life.
- The shrink temperature can be adjusted as needed to meet packaging requirements, up to 300℃.
- It features a constant feed speed controlled by an electronic speed controller.
- Only the parts of the bottle cap are heated, so the quality of the product inside the bottle will not be affected by the high temperature.
- The tunnel may be partially heated in accordance with certain specific product requirements for energy conservation.
- The machine can operate on its own or be integrated into the production line.
