Automatic Shrink Tunnel

The BS-6040L automatic shrink tunnel is designed with intelligent temperature control featuring a hot air structure and an upper cyclone, as well as variable-speed AC regulation. There are two optional conveyors: a Teflon belt type and a roller type.

  • There are standard and high-density roller types to choose from; even small products will remain stable without shifting during packaging.
  • This type of shrink-wrapping machine can be moved freely using flatbed trucks. In addition, with an anchor bolt, it can be installed on production lines at different heights.
  • The special venting system is designed to enhance the appearance of the packaging after it has been sealed.
  • It features adjustable air ducts for the board inside the tunnel; the airflow volume can be partially adjusted as needed.
  • The conveyor belt can be designed as a roller type, a stainless steel mesh, or a Teflon mesh, depending on the customer’s requirements.
