DM Pack’s ARGON is an advanced automatic bundling machine designed for packaging multipacks of products without generating film waste. It is an ideal solution for products such as kitchen paper rolls, multipacks in trays, thermoformed products, rock wool panels, EPS, plastic products, and large industrial packaging.

The machine operates with flat or mono-folded PE film and uses a special “tie sealing system,” in which the film completely wraps around the product and is sealed at the top, creating a tight and stable package without the need for heat shrinkage. The automatic sealing bar performs sealing and cutting on the front and back of the package with high precision and reliability.

The ARGON can be equipped with diverters, stackers, label applicators, motorized conveyors, and specialized grouping systems, tailored to production requirements. It is available in automatic inline or semi-automatic versions and offers easy format changeover via a touch screen with recipe-based operation.

The robust cantilever design with full access and a visible electrical cabinet facilitates maintenance and cleaning, while the motorized pusher and Siemens or Omron systems ensure high productivity of up to 30 packs per minute. Optionally, a “pre-cut window” system can be integrated to create an opening in the package.
