The BSF-6030X semi-automatic shrink wrapping machine is an economical model with simple operation; products are fed manually or pneumatically, seals the film, and the products automatically enter the shrink tunnel; it uses PE film for product packaging.

What Does a Shrink Machine Do?

  • The BSF-6030X features an imported air cylinder, ensuring consistent thrust and sealing.
  • It features a specially designed sealing cutter, resulting in a perfect seal; this prevents the film from sticking to the cutter
  • Adjusting the covered roller improves operator comfort. The rear pressure device ensures that even lightweight products are processed without any adjustments.
  • The front frame is adjustable to accommodate different product sizes

Contraction tunnel

The BS-55 series shrink tunnel is designed with a hot-air and upper cyclone structure, intelligent temperature control, and AC variable-speed regulation. There are two optional conveyors: a Teflon belt type and a roller type.
