ULTRA SEALER 50 SM Continuous-Operation Automatic Shrink-Wrapping Machine

The ULTRA SEALER 50 SM is a fully automatic heat-shrink machine with a continuous “BOX MOTION” cycle, designed for high productivity and industrial applications.

It features a three-belt drive system with brushless servo motors, as well as a sealing unit with a PTFE blade, ensuring precision, stability, and high-quality packaging.

It supports the packaging of products of unlimited length and achieves a production rate of up to 7,200 pieces per hour, significantly reducing film consumption and operating costs.

All functions (feeding, film unwinding, sealing, and product output) are fully automated and controlled via an advanced FLXMOD® system with a touchscreen.
