Vacuum packaging machine

The HVT-450M vacuum packaging machine is designed for sealing PP or PE tray products; it can automatically complete the processes of air removal, gas flushing, sealing, and film cutting, and so on.

The vacuum disc gas-flushing packaging machine replaces the air in the bag with a protective gas mixture. This inhibits the growth of most microorganisms that can cause food to spoil. It reduces the respiration of perishable foods (such as fruits) to extend their shelf life.
Suitable for industrial food packaging or supermarket distribution.

The mold could be designed to accommodate the size of the customers’ discs. It uses removable molds that allow a single machine to handle different mold sizes.
