Vertical vacuum packaging machine for bags

The DZQ-600LD vertical vacuum bagging machine, as well as its variants, are multifunctional packaging machines capable of both vacuum sealing and gas-flushed vacuum sealing. Due to its chamberless design with dual nozzles, it has a wide range of applications for applications requiring low vacuum levels but high purity of the inlet gas.

The DZQ-600L/S dual-heating model is specifically designed for thick-film bags or composite films.

For heavy-duty products, users can use the DZQ-600L/D, which features an adjustable sealing head height. This device is useful for large bags weighing even several metric tons.

The sealing length can be adjusted to 800 mm or 1,000 mm.

For dust finer than 100 mesh, the machine must be equipped with a Helix Subside Filter to collect dust and protect the vacuum pump.
