Automatic vacuum packaging machine

Once packaged, products are protected from oxidation, mold, insects, and moisture, allowing them to stay fresh for a longer period of time. The HVC-610S/2B automatic vacuum packaging machine can vacuum-pack multiple products simultaneously, making it effective for continuous production on a medium or small scale.

It uses relay control, while PCB control is optional. The vacuum chamber can be equipped with a PP insert plate for products of varying heights to improve vacuum performance.

It could be equipped with a dust filter for products similar to dust.

The material of the machine’s tank and the vacuum pump could be customized. When equipped with a 20 m/h pump, the machine would not have an automatic lid repositioning function. The depth of the vacuum chamber could be adjusted.

The vacuum chamber is designed to be flat with no blind spots, which makes it easy to wash and clean.
