The Ultra Vac 550SP is an industrial vacuum packaging machine designed for high-volume production requirements in large production facilities and professional packaging lines. The machine is equipped with 4 sealing bars that enable high productivity, as well as a translating bell for a fast and efficient packaging cycle. Combined with a powerful vacuum pump, the Ultra Vac 550SP ensures a deep and rapid vacuum, reducing cycle time and increasing productivity.

Control Panel & Functions

The Ultra Vac 550SP features a fully adjustable control panel, which allows for:

  • Store up to 10 programs for different types of products

  • Adjusting the vacuum time in the bell

  • Technical Gas Inlet Timing Control (on models equipped with this feature)

  • Adjustable welding and cooling times for reliable sealing

  • Vacuum pressure display via a manometer

  • Cycle counter for production monitoring.
