Description

The ZED is a semi-automatic packaging machine capable of operating in either an inclined or vertical orientation, ideal for packaging food and non-food products. It features an adjustable tilt range from 0° to 90°, allowing the product’s drop speed to be adjusted according to the application. It is suitable for products such as fruits, vegetables, baked goods, sweets, seafood, meat, small items, and other single- or multi-pack products.

The machine operates with flat film and produces VFFS-type bags with longitudinal and transverse seals. It supports polypropylene and polyethylene film, perforated or non-perforated, with a maximum film width of 680 mm. It features an adjustable forming tunnel for easy adaptation to different product and package sizes.

All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel, and a fully stainless steel version is also available. Operation can be manual via a button or foot pedal, or automatic via a product-detection photocell.
