Ultra Wrap 2000 BF Pallet Wrapping Machine

The ULTRA WRAP 2000 BF is a fully automatic stretch film pallet wrapper designed for production lines with high automation and productivity requirements. It is the ideal solution for industrial facilities and logistics centers where continuous and reliable packaging of palletized loads is required.

The machine features an automatic film clamping, cutting, and sealing system (clamp, cut & seal), ensuring perfect adhesion of the film to the pallet without manual intervention. The operating cycle can also be activated via a remote control, while control is managed through a PLC and a 7.2-inch color touchscreen.

In addition, it features a 200% film pre-stretch motor (with 100% / 150% / 250%), an inverter for smooth start-up and shutdown, and safety systems that comply with CE specifications.
