The RANDOM PAPER 50 SB is a fully automatic, self-adjusting tape-sealing machine that uses moistened Kraft paper tape, designed for sealing American-style (RSC) boxes of varying dimensions.

The machine automatically adjusts to the height and width of the carton (self-sizing system), ensuring high productivity on lines with different carton formats.

Sealing is performed using water-activated Kraft paper tape (with or without fiber reinforcement), providing:

  • Strong adhesion to cardboard
  • Anti-burglary effect (visible signs in the event of a break-in)
  • An eco-friendly and recyclable solution

The boxes are transported by two side drive belts, ensuring stability and precision during the tape-sealing phase.

The machine is equipped with two high-performance pneumatic slitting heads, with cutting length adjustment via a touchscreen and PLC control.
