The EASY PAPER 50 SB is a semi-automatic box taping machine with manual dimension adjustment, suitable for sealing the top and bottom flaps of American-style (RSC) boxes using moistened Kraft paper tape, with or without fiber reinforcement.

It is the ideal solution for applications that require an eco-friendly and exceptionally strong box closure, with uniform application and stable transport.

The machine features side drive belts, PLC control, and a touchscreen for full operation management.

Function Description

The operator manually adjusts the dimensions of the box.
The drive is provided by two side drive belts, which ensure:

  • Constant speed
  • Precise tape application

The Kraft paper tape is moistened before application, ensuring a strong bond with the cardboard.
