Automatic, Self-Adjusting Strapping and Banding Machine | COMBI PACKER 50E SBR

The COMBI PACKER 50E SBR is a semi-automatic packaging machine that combines automatic box taping and strapping with a PP plastic band in a single unit. The machine features a self-dimensioning system, allowing it to process boxes of different sizes without manual adjustments.

The boxes are transported via two side conveyor belts with independent motors, ensuring steady and smooth movement. The result is proper alignment of the box flaps and reliable sealing with adhesive tape.

After taping, the carton is fed into the integrated automatic arc-sealing system, where one or two rings are applied depending on the machine settings. The spacing between the straps is easily adjusted via a 7.2” touchscreen, while the machine’s operation is controlled by a PLC, ensuring precision and ease of use.

The machine can be programmed to:

  • tape application only
  • taping and a twist
  • taping and two twists

Available in a stainless steel (SS) version.
