Cardboard Box Sealer with PVC Tape

The FXJ series is designed to seal cardboard boxes using adhesive tape. It is cost-effective and operates at high speed. It allows for easy size adjustments.

Available for integration into a production line or as a stand-alone machine. The conveyor belt tension and film tension are adjustable to accommodate soft and rigid cartons. The FXJ-5050ZB PVC-tape carton sealer folds the front, side, and back flaps at high speed.

It features two-sided drive belts. It is designed with upper and lower sealing heads, or simply an upper sealing head, which are ideal for continuously sealing uniform cardboard boxes. The FXJ-ZB model: uses a three-sided belt to drive the machine, with independent sealing and folding adjustments. The FXJ-ZB is suitable for cartons that are filled after being formed, such as soft bags enclosed within the cartons.
