Semi-Automatic, Self-Adjusting Variable-Width Tape-Applying Machine | RANDOM TAPE 50 SB

The RANDOM TAPE 50 SB is a semi-automatic tape-sealing machine with automatic dimension adjustment (self-dimensioning), suitable for sealing the top and bottom flaps of variable-size American-style (RSC) boxes with self-adhesive tape.

During the operating cycle:

  • The operator shapes the box and closes the bottom flaps.
  • Filling is in progress.
  • The upper flaps are closing.
  • The box enters the machine, where the holding unit automatically adjusts to the size of the box.

The product is conveyed by two side belts, while sealing takes place simultaneously at the top and bottom, ensuring:

  • Perfect blade alignment
  • Excellent sealing quality
  • Stable and reliable operation
