The new design concept and advanced manufacturing technology are incorporated to make the machine’s structure more rational and refined. In addition to sealing and printing functions, the FRSC-1010III model features an air suction function.

The FRS-1010 series is available in four models: a horizontal model (FRS-1010I), a vertical model (FRS-1010II), floor-standing model (FRS-1010III), and a floor-standing model with air intake function (FRSC-1010III).

The FRS-1010III heat sealing machine can seal all types of heat-sealable materials; it features a constant temperature control system and a stepless speed-adjustable transmission mechanism. The machine operates with a solid-ink coder to print color labels during sealing. The coder is capable of high-speed printing with instant drying and legible characters that have good adhesion properties. The print wheel on the machine can be used for both R- and T-type layouts. For type in R-format, the machine can print two lines at font size two (18PT) or three lines at font size five (10.5PT).
