EASY BAND 45 Semi-Automatic Banding Machine

The EASY BAND 45 is a semi-automatic bundling machine that is easy to use and highly reliable, suitable for applications in graphic arts, bookbinding, paper crafts, as well as for creating multipacks or grouping products into promotional packaging.

It uses a cable tie (fascetta) made of:

  • Coated kraft paper
  • PE/OPP Film (polypropylene)

The function can be:

  • Automatic via a photocell
  • Manual (via button)

Heat welding ensures a consistent and aesthetically pleasing result, while the voltage can be easily adjusted using an internal control.

How It Works

In automatic mode, placing the product triggers the packaging and sealing cycle via a photocell. When the product is removed, the machine feeds a new strip and prepares for the next cycle.

In manual mode, the cycle is activated by pressing a button.
