The FLEXY STRAP T550 is a portable, battery-powered, automatic strapping system designed for fast and easy vertical pallet strapping. It features a fully automated system for routing the strap around the pallet via a flexible, retractable arm, which is controlled by a joystick.

The machine is positioned with precision thanks to the laser projection system on the floor, which indicates the correct distance from the pallet. After the film passes through, the lance automatically resets, and the film is ready for tensioning, welding, and cutting using a portable seaming tool mounted on a special base on the machine.
