Easy Wrap 2000A DW Window and Door Wrapping Machine

The EASY WRAP 2000 A DW is a specialized semi-automatic stretch film wrapping machine designed for packaging doors, windows, and window frames. It features a system that allows for the simultaneous application of stretch film and bubble wrap (pluriball/foam), providing comprehensive surface protection during transport.

The machine is equipped with a dual conveyor (film & bubble wrap), an electric upper press, and a product locking system with adjustable guides (upper/lower) for secure holding. The press is operated via a dual mobile pedal, allowing the operator full control during the wrapping process.

The system is controlled via a PLC and a 7.2-inch color touchscreen, with the ability to configure multiple work cycles.
