SPEED FORMER 50 TN HM Automatic Box Forming & Sealing Machine with Hot Melt System

The SPEED FORMER 50 SB HM is an automatic American-style carton forming machine, designed for high production speeds and hot-melt (Nordson) bottom sealing.

It automatically adjusts the four lower flaps, ensuring optimal squaring through fully synchronized movements. The boxes are fed from a side magazine using a suction system and a Venturi.

All settings (length, width, height, magazine) are configured via a 7.2-inch touchscreen and controlled by a Siemens PLC, with the ability to store up to 30 programs. The bottom is sealed using a Nordson hot-melt system, providing high strength and a secure seal.
