SPEED FORMER 50 SB Automatic Box Forming & Taping Machine

The SPEED FORMER 50 SB is an automatic American-style carton forming machine, which automatically folds and closes the four bottom flaps and seals the bottom with self-adhesive tape.

The forming process is achieved through fully synchronized movements, ensuring excellent squaring and stability of the box. The machine features a suction system with suction cups and a Venturi, which picks up the box from the side magazine and holds it in place during opening.

All settings are easily adjusted using handwheels, while operation is controlled by a Siemens PLC with a 7.2-inch color touchscreen, making the machine ideal for automated production lines that do not require a constant operator presence.
