ULTRA FORM 30 T Automatic Box Former

The ULTRA FORM 30 T is a high-speed carton former, designed to form American-style cartons suitable for horizontal filling and automatic closure of the bottom flaps.

The boxes are manually placed in a vertical motorized magazine, ensuring the correct receiving position. The box is retrieved using suction cups mounted on a mechanical arm, utilizing suction technology.

The box is shaped and squared using electro-pneumatic devices, ensuring high precision and operational safety.

The machine is operated and its dimensions are adjusted via a Siemens PLC with a touchscreen, and it is equipped with a complete system of safety guard doors with microswitches.

The bottom of the box can be closed in the following ways:

  • With adhesive tape (PP, PVC, Kraft)
  • With a Nordson “Mesa” hot-melt system (optional)
