Automatic 4-Corner Box Taping Machine | CORNER TAPE 50A TBB

The CORNER TAPE 50A TBB is a fully automatic box taping machine with a self-dimensioning system, designed to seal the four corners of the box. The machine applies four “U”-shaped tapes to the top and bottom edges of the box, creating a strong and secure seal for transport and storage.

The box is transported via a motorized conveyor to a pneumatic pusher that rotates it 90°, guiding it to the four tape-sealing heads. After the tape is applied, a system of pneumatic cylinders presses down on the edges of the tape to ensure a complete and airtight seal on the box.

The machine automatically adjusts to the dimensions of the boxes and can be integrated into fully automated packaging lines without the need for an operator.
