Automatic, Self-Adjusting Strapping and Taping Machine | COMBI PACKER 50 SBR

The COMBI PACKER 50 SBR is a combined semi-automatic packaging machine that integrates box taping and automatic strapping with a plastic strap (PP) into a single unit. The system features automatic dimension adjustment (self-dimensioning), allowing for the processing of boxes of different sizes without manual adjustment.

The box is transported by two side conveyor belts, which ensure smooth movement and proper alignment of the flaps before the tape is applied. After taping, the box is fed into the built-in automatic bow-strapping system, where one or two straps are applied depending on the machine settings.

The spacing between the notches is easily adjusted via a 7.2” color touchscreen, while the machine’s operation is controlled by a PLC, offering precision and ease of use even for non-specialized operators.

The machine can be programmed to:

  • tape application only
  • taping and a twist
  • taping and two twists

Available in a stainless steel (SS) version.
