The COMBI PACKER 50 SB is a semi-automatic combination packaging machine that integrates box taping and automatic strapping with a plastic strap (PP) into a single unit. The machine is designed for fixed-size American-style (RSC) cartons and allows the packaging process to be completed at a single workstation.
The box is transported by two side conveyor belts, which ensure smooth movement and proper alignment of the flaps before the tape is applied. After taping, the box is fed into the built-in strapping system with an automatic bow, which applies one or two straps depending on the machine’s settings.
The machine can be configured to perform the following:
- tape application only
- taping and a twist
- taping and two twists
The spacing of the notches is easily adjusted using photocells mounted on slide guides. Its simple operation and easy adjustments allow even untrained operators to use it.
Available in a stainless steel (SS) version.
