EASY STRAP 309BP | 312BP Automatic Strapping Machine with Dual Pneumatic Press

The EASY STRAP 309BP | 312BP series consists of fully automatic strapping machines with a dual pneumatic clamping press, designed for production processes where the product must be held and stabilized before and during strapping.

They are suitable for integration into fully automated production lines and feature 10 motors with conveyor belts, a photocell system for automatic single, double, or multiple crimping, and are controlled via a Siemens PLC.

The design is robust and compact, with a reduction of more than 30% in mechanical components compared to conventional solutions, offering increased reliability and low maintenance costs. It is also available in a SUS 304 stainless steel version.
