EASY STRAP 309R | 312R Automatic Strapping Machine with Moving Rollers

The EASY STRAP 309R | 312R series consists of fully automatic strapping machines that are compact, reliable, and easy to use, suitable for integration into fully automated production lines with medium to high production rates. They feature a moving table with steel rollers and a photocell system for single, double, or multiple banding, while the analog control panel rotates 180° to allow operation from either side.

The system is based on DC motors (DC) for each individual movement, reducing the number of mechanical parts by more than 30% compared to conventional solutions, offering increased reliability and lower maintenance costs. It is also available in a SUS 304 stainless steel version or with a pneumatic press.
