EASY STRAP 309RP | 312RP Automatic Strapping Machine with Rollers & Pneumatic Press

The EASY STRAP 309RP | 312RP series consists of fully automatic strapping machines with rotating steel rollers and a dual pneumatic press, designed for applications where products need to be stabilized before and during strapping.

They are suitable for integration into fully automated production lines and feature a photocell system for single, double, or multiple stitching, as well as a 180° rotating panel for working on both sides.

The system relies on direct current (DC) motors for each individual function, reducing the number of mechanical parts by more than 30% and offering increased reliability and low maintenance costs. It is also available in a SUS 304 stainless steel version.
