SPEED STRAP 505B | 509B | 512B Automatic Strapping Machine with Conveyor Belt

The SPEED STRAP 505B | 509B | 512B series consists of high-performance, fully automatic strapping machines, designed for integration into fully automated production lines, ensuring high productivity and reliability.

They feature a conveyor with 8 motors and conveyor belts, as well as 2 smaller central belts for the proper handling of small products. The system operates using 24V DC brushless motors and is controlled by a Siemens PLC, significantly reducing mechanical wear and maintenance costs.

The photocell system allows for single, double, or multiple circlipping, and is also available as an option with a pneumatic stabilizing press.
