Wrappy 500B Manual Pallet Wrapping Machine

The WRAPPY 500B is a robotic, manually operated pallet wrapping system that uses stretch film, ideal for flexible and fast applications in areas where a stationary machine cannot be used. Thanks to its compact size (footprint of just 50 cm), it can be easily used in warehouses, production lines, and loading areas.

It runs on two 24V rechargeable batteries and features a built-in charger, ensuring complete cordless autonomy during operation. It is equipped with a film pre-stretch carriage motor and allows for uniform wrapping of any type of pallet, regardless of weight, shape, or dimensions.

The operator manually controls the trolley’s upward and downward movement, while the film tension and speed are adjusted via potentiometers, allowing for complete customization to the requirements of each load.

The WRAPPY 500B features a simple and functional control panel with:
