SPEED FORMER 50 SB SERVO Automatic Box Forming & Taping Machine with Servo Drive

The SPEED FORMER 50 SB SERVO is an automatic machine for forming and closing American-style cardboard boxes, designed for batches of the same dimensions and for high-reliability applications.

It automatically forms and closes the four bottom flaps of the box, ensuring excellent squareness and stability through perfectly synchronized movements. The boxes are picked up using a suction head and a Venturi system, which holds the box in place during opening.

All dimension adjustments (length, width, height, magazino) are controlled via a touchscreen and four servomotors, managed by a Siemens PLC, with the ability to store up to 30 programs.

The machine operates without the need for a constant operator presence and is ideal for fully automated packaging lines.
