EASY FORM 50 Semi-Automatic Box Forming Machine

The EASY FORM 50 is a semi-automatic “ “American” style, designed to fold and support the four bottom flaps during the filling process by the operator.

The box is inserted at an angle, and with light downward pressure, the front and rear flaps fold down. It is then pushed forward, activating the pneumatic side-closing system, which keeps the bottom closed and facilitates filling.

After filling, the operator manually closes the top flaps and guides the box to the tape-sealing unit via the built-in roller table. Combined with a sealing machine and an exit conveyor, it forms a compact and efficient semi-automatic packaging line.
